EdenMish
A delivery system that reaches the driver on the road.
EdenMish connects the customer booking journey, pricing, payment handoff, operations, delivery status, courier location and proof of delivery. The Driver app completes the working flow for drivers outside the office.
I was the principal system architect and hands-on builder from the first product decisions through the complete technical implementation. This was an end-to-end, one-person architecture and build effort—not a narrow contribution to one layer.
01 · The operating flow
One delivery, several people who need the truth.
A customer needs a clear way to request and follow a delivery. Operations needs the order, status and courier context. The driver needs a focused route and stop-by-stop workflow. The system has to keep these views connected.

02 · What I built
Customer experience and operating system together.
I personally shaped the architecture and built the system across product, UX, frontend, backend, operations, integrations, security, analytics, testing, deployment and the driver app. The implemented work includes:
- Customer booking journey, pricing and order APIs
- Cloudflare Worker and D1 backend foundations
- Shopify and PayPlus payment handoff
- Customer tracking portal and live courier GPS view
- Operations dashboard and delivery-status workflow
- Notifications, proof of delivery, privacy controls and analytics
- Deployment and release processes
EdenMish Driver
The iOS-first Flutter app covers secure staging authentication, shift and route execution, navigation handoff, route refresh, location updates and offline event handling for the driver’s working day.
The app is in release preparation and staging integration. It is not presented here as publicly released in the App Store.
